Send your CV

If you match any of the jobs we are recruiting for we will contact you immediately to discuss details. If not - we will give you the feedback you need and get in touch with a more suitable vacancy in the future.

All cards (and offers) on the table

Within a few hours, we send you all the information which is crucial at this stage. Then we’re ready to discuss your preferences, interests and expectations as well as the advantages of your potential new position. This is a good time for you to ask questions.

Short call with career buddy

Ready to talk? We schedule the interview at your convenience. One of our recruiters will ask about your experience, plans and motivations as well as check your English skills. All that to make sure you’re the right match for the particular vacancy. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure our client like you as much as we do!

04.

The client side of the process

Your CV is presented to the client along with our recommendation. Now you have to take part in the stages planned by the company (usually face-to-face interview and a recruitment task). We constantly monitor the situation and make sure your application is processed quickly.

05.

Decisions and feedback

Phew, now we know everything! Regardless of the decision, we send you a candidate experience questionnaire (so that we can work better every time) and feedback (so that you can develop further). We always do what we can to get this information for you.
