You will be responsible for:
- supporting in the creation and verification of all vital People Development documentation, process changes, training materials, reporting
- being the contact person for requests from colleagues and managers regarding various learning areas (e.g. training requests, administrative changes)
- organizing and managing logistics for external training events including:
- researching new providers, asking for training proposals, following up on the budget
- coordinating training offers as well as its purchasing and invoices
- setting training or event dates, room booking, inviting participants
- keeping track of invites as well as post-training feedback
- supporting global People Development projects (Learning Management System implementation, Onboarding, etc.).
- working with Workday, Jira, and Confluence systems, and you will get the necessary training on them to perform your work properly
What you need is:
- first working experience as HR professional, intern/trainee within the HR environment, or similar administrative roles
- business English skills – spoken and written – at least at a B2/C1 level
- communication and teamwork skills
- high attention to detail and organization skills
- great computer knowledge
