You will be responsible for:
- providing support for English speaking Customers
- responding to queries via chat, tickets, forums and calls
- platform training for customers
- troubleshooting, investigating and creating reports
- extending tutorials library
What you need is
- excellent English
- experience in customer support or technical consulting roles
- communication skills
- solving problems attitude
- training and coaching predisposition
Nice to have:
- B2B SaaS experience
- familiarity with EPOS Systems, Payment Gateways and e-commerce platforms
- troubleshooting with Jira
