Your future company:

One of the pioneers and leaders in voucher sales. Their SaaS solution provides the ability for international Clients to sell their services as online vouchers. This fully automated technology also supports marketing and promotion increasing Client’s sales. 

You will be responsible for:

  • providing support for English speaking Customers
  • responding to queries via chat, tickets, forums and calls
  • platform training for customers
  • troubleshooting, investigating and creating reports
  • extending tutorials library 

What you need is

  • excellent English 
  • experience in customer support or technical consulting roles 
  • communication skills
  • solving problems attitude
  • training and coaching predisposition

Nice to have:

  • B2B SaaS experience
  • familiarity with EPOS Systems, Payment Gateways and e-commerce platforms
  • troubleshooting with Jira
